Do you provide a finance option?

No, we don’t offer any financing options for your pool but we can provide our best recommendation of fare and well-priced financing options for your pool project. Reach out to get started on a quote so you can speak to your finance with an accurate estimate for works.

How long does the build process take?

The process of your pool can vary depending on the complexity of the design and site conditions. On average we recommend anywhere between 8 - 12 weeks for build duration. When we provide our consultation and quote for your project, we can estimate the duration of the project based on conditions such as earth removal, sloping blocks, concreting re-enforcement etc. We encourage communication between our team and our clients so if you have a deadline you would like to have the project completed, please let us know and we can endeavour to exceed your timeline.

Can you provide landscaping services to complement the pool?

Yes we can! Our team are experts at everything from building to landscaping and can bring your pool and outdoor entertaining area to life with a brilliantly designed garden or landscape. Just ask us for more info during our consultation and we can price up in our quote.

Do you build on sloping yards?

Yes we do! We have lots of experience working on properties on slopes. We make sure to take extra time and care when engineering your supporting framework for your pool. For examples of this, check out our projects page for more examples.

What if my property has narrow access?

That isn’t a problem for the Coal Coast Pools team. After our initial onsite consultation, we will be able to make a plan for the safe access of materials and even pre-fabricated plunge pools into hard-to-access properties. We will assess and develop the best plan for a successful installation of your pool.
